My name is Luci and I am a qualified Counsellor for Adults, Children and Young people.
I offer a calm, grounded space where you can speak openly and be met with genuine care, respect, confidentiality and no judgment. My approach to counselling is rooted in the belief that each person already holds the capacity for growth and change even if it doesn’t always feel that way.
Sometimes life becomes overwhelming, patterns repeat in ways we don’t understand or we simply feel stuck and that’s where having support can make a meaningful difference.
I work in a way that is collaborative and non judgmental. Rather than telling you what to do, I aim to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of your experiences at your own pace. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, low mood, relationship challenges, loss or a general sense of unease, I will listen carefully and respond thoughtfully, creating a space where you feel heard and understood.
Authenticity is important to me, both how I show up and how I encourage you to show up. You don’t have to have the right words or a clear starting point, we can begin wherever you are. I believe that real change often comes from feeling safe enough to explore whats difficult, and supported enough to try something new.
My work is guided by empathy, curiosity and respect for you, individually and tailor my approach to suit you rather than flitting you into a particular model.
Reaching out for counselling is a big step and its completely natural to feel uncertain. My aim is to make that step feel a little easier by offering a space that is warm, honest and centered around you.
I work as an integrative Person-centred counsellor at my core but if appropriate for you, we may explore if CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) would help you too.
My Approach
My approach is integrative with person-centred at my core. This means that your experiences are at the very centre of the counselling.
I also provide Walk and Talk Therapy, to find out more, click here.
