Walk & Talk Therapy

Walking and being outdoors can help relieve tensions, stress and anxiety.  Physical movement can help you feel more relaxed and more comfortable rather than face to face.

Sessions will still be 50 minutes long and I will normally suggest two different areas to walk for you to choose from.  These will be public, green spaces so its important to think about where you feel most comfortable.  Nature has natural healing abilities, boosting endorphins and creating a mind-body connection.  If you feel this is something you would be interested in, please contact me
